Our Guarantee:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and guarantee a full refund on any physical books or materials in original condition, if returned within 15 days of delivery.

We do not refund purchases of downloadable eBooks or lesson plans. Once they are downloaded they reside on your computer and there is no way we can disable them.

The same is true for our various Premium Membership sites. Once you purchase a membership you can download any and all of the available material and we have no way of retrieving it. It would be unfair to refund what others must purchase.

So remember you are downloading at your own risk.

Our Return Policy:

You may return any physical book in its original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Simply contact us first, explaining why you are returning the item. Then, return the book via the same shipping method and in the same packaging in which you received it. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping charges) via the same means in which payment was received. We will also notify you by email when the transaction is complete.

If you receive the wrong book, or a damaged book, please contact us so that we may correct the situation as soon as possible.

Note: We cannot accept physical products returned more than 15 days after delivery. We cannot refund downloadable products, preferred memberships or any other intangible product. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Our Privacy Policy:

At Character-in-Action®, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We not only try to promote character through books and other means, we seek to exercise character as well in the way we handle the information you provide us.

Any information we receive from you is held in strictest confidence and will never be shared with a third party. Customer contact information is used only to get in touch with the customer when necessary, and to ship orders as requested.

Our shopping cart uses industry-standard SSL encryption techniques to ensure the protection of your personal and financial information. Once your credit card information has been processed, it is deleted from the system and not retained.
