		<description>While it has become cliché to say that manners start at home, I urge you to look even deeper. What we commonly refer to as manners, i.e. etiquette, is only a small part of true character. As such, manners must begin in the heart. 

We have all met people who mouth the words &quot;please&quot; and &quot;thank you&quot; while harboring very different feelings in their hearts. Manners are an exercise of the vital character trait, respect. We use them to show the value we place on others. That value, that respect must come from the heart to be authentic.</description>
