Appreciation in the Character Equation
Here’s an equation I’m pondering. Moral values embraced and exercised plus moral values rejected and not exercised equal the true, inner person. It’s an unchanging equation: Character strengths + character weaknesses = you. CS + CW = Y The greater the value of CS, the stronger you will be morally.

After all, people like to work for those who appreciate them. You like to work for people who appreciate you, right?
Appreciate Character Traits!
The source of true appreciation should be a character trait one has built, not an inherited physical trait, or a material possession. It is ever so easy to compliment another on physical appearances: “Your hair is terrific!” It is easy to give a compliment to someone on a new purchase:
